Yeah! It's true, I'm a slave to my inner worlds and it all eeks out into
songs and drawings I'm compelled to make. It's also true that I'm a
Syd Barrett nut! But I never wanted to mimic or copy him, I wanted
to take what he had done and push it into the future, to write songs
about things not fully shaped or self-realized, things of blood and
atoms, things with momentum but with unfelt purpose. Never ending
ends within ends and beginnings within beginnings. It's hard not to
ponder and downright worry about all us Earth Creatures, Human
and animal alike! How did this all get started and where is it going?
We all desperately want to know whether we want to admit it or not,
It's the question that ties us all together and that's what gave birth
to "Bellyoptopus", a place to explore those things and harbor some
