Rodney has an extensive background in Business, Accounting, Taxation, and finance. He opened his first business at the age of eighteen and has continued his path on the entrepreneurial road. In 1984 he opened his Accounting & Tax Firm. In 1985 he purchased 2 declining restaurants and brought them back to profitability Within 6 month of purchasing.
In addition to this great venture, Rodney in 1991, purchased a full service vending company with 17 accounts with sales of $200,000.00 annually. Within 2 short years, Rodney grew the business to over 60 accounts with sales of over $800,000.00 annually; all while maintaining his Accounting and Tax Firm Ross & Associates. Rodney eventually sold the other business' to focus his attention full time to Ross and Associates.
Today, Ross and Associates serves over 700 Accounting & Tax clients in various areas of accounting and taxation, maintaining and managing millions of dollars annually.
In 2002, Rodney incorporated Ross Holdings, Inc. which serves as the holding company for Ross & Associates Accounting & Tax Firm; Ross & Associates - Nu-age Payroll Solutions, Loss Mitigation solutions, Nfluence Marketing and Clarity Investment Group. Rodney serves as Chairman, and CEO of Ross Holdings Inc.
In December of 2006, after being aproached by Kenny Bereal , president of N-fluence Records , Marcus LeGall, III , vice president of A&R for N-fluence Records , and Jerry Holden , pres./CEO/Chairman of TMG , Rodney accepted the position as CFO for the mutli-media company. In addition, he has taken on the duties as the company's COO, overseeing TMG's operations.
