Hmmm... about us... well, Matt & I are both from the Portland, Oregon, area. We moved our family to Missoula, Montana, in September of '06. One of the best decisions ever! We love our life here - this is home. Then, in March of '08, we bought our first house! YAY!! It has been wonderful getting to work in our own yard, and have guests stay with us. Isaac is now 5 1/2 years old - we can't believe it! It's true what they say: "kids grow like weeds"! His biggest accomplishment - as far as academics go - is that he can now read without needing too much help! How awesome is that?! He is now completely finished with preschool, and is enjoying his summer vacation. This fall, he'll begin kindergarten. Yes, ALL DAY kindergarten!! Woo hoo! Matthew is now 3 years old... WOW. He's talking all the time now, and we can understand most of it! He knows his colors and shapes, and now we're working on identifying numbers and letters, and counting. He is very loving and caring, albeit extremely hard-headed and stubborn! Yes, can we say "defiant"?! We're almost done with the potty-training thing, too. Thank goodness! He will be going to preschool this fall five days/week for 2 1/2 hours/day. It will give me time to workout and do other errands that need to get done. Matt is still working hard at UPS, and I continue to work hard at home. Being at home with our kids is the best job in the world! I also work at Safeway Mon-Fri evenings, which has been working out really well. So, here's a glimpse of our very blessed life...
