LORIS CAMERINI / BIOGRAPHY
Loris Camerini was born in Padova in 1973.
From the first years of his life he's been interested in arts, he’s a main player and artist in various theatrical and cinematographic works, he also dedicates his time to painting and sculpture.
In 1993 he decided, pushed by his family's artistic passion, to get into music, starting as DJ.
In '95 he moved to Bologna, where he met and joined Phoeb, a key figure in Loris' technical/artistical growth.
From 99 he's a member of Bologna's mox/noisehouse group.
In 2001 he created Phonotic crue, dedicated to the cultural developement of electronic music.
Music production assumes a major role for Loris during the following 3 years: he's Dj producer at Distorsonie 2004 and at Street raveparade 2003-2004-2005.
In 2004 he became a member of Electrodust and starded performing on stage with them, a revelation group 2005 produced by "Sound&co".
Since 2005 Loris is associated with cielle.audio, a representative figure of the electro-groove scene.
In 2007, in collaboration with Dario Faini - aka Dariodust - he funded the Ki-mono project that in May 2008 published the album "Loops can Kill" produced by "Banana rec".
Currently, thanks to its single “Flame†the Ki-mono project is part of the EURODANCE 23 compilation produced and distributed by Warner Music .
Nowadays Loris boast collaboration with important national and international electronic artists like: K Loud, Alex Dandi(Pinktronix - 4gotten floor), Chelonis R. jones..and more!
Both his DJ & live sets revel from a deep and thorough experience and can be defined as a balanced cocktails from techno to minimal music targeted to underground clubs.
He Plays in the top & exclusive Italian clubs, like DocShow - 4Cento - Matis Club - Block - Link - Kinki - Shindy - Cassero - La Gabbia - Sottomarino Giallo and much more!
