Ummm....Tuppence?

About Me

Slightly neurotic--okay, who are we kidding, I'm a total head case. I like to try new stuff all the time--but nothing daring like sky diving or anything--I'm talking about things like knitting and keeping my house clean. I am always up for a drink--and if Copernicus is around, perhaps some peanuts as well. I really like squirrels, and anything squirrely, like acorns. I have two cats whom I adore. Oddly--I am totally WoW obsessed--it is an awesome game, and this is coming from someone who was never really into video games after atari went the way of the dino. I am a complete theatre geek--and that means being active in theatre--very much so. I love my friends--all 3 of them (who are we kidding--the rest are just hang out buddies). But those three know who they are. And cake--I love cake--I don't know why, I just do. And pineapples--and anything cute--oh god, this list could go on.and ACK!! I turn 30 this year!!! No one told me I would still feel like a young 20-something when I turned 30--it's very confusing.

You're Devi...very cool. You are probably the
sanest insane person out there. You are doomed
to never find another soul you can connect
with. Luckily enough, the only thing you really
care about is painting. If you don't
paint...you go mad. GO YOU!Famous quote: "I don't remember being
retarded."

Do you ever wonder...

Have you ever pondered what your life would be like if you'd made just one different decision? Or perhaps many different decisions? I wish I could know one way or the other just how things would turn ...

Nothing much depends up, yet it still makes me happy

I have decided I am invisible. Not to everyone--just those I won't really admit to wanting to notice me. Its a secret power I have always had--yet have never used for good--as, anytime I want to disap...

Effort

This is it; I am going to work on sloughing off the 'bad' and uncovering the 'good' in myself in every sense of the word. Procrastination gets you nowhere, no matter how much justifying or daydreaming...

The winter of my discontent

Funny how time reveals so many inaccuracies. I've never had any desire to be bombarded with friends, having preferred always a few great friends to many okay friends. Quality over quantity. However, t...

Pulling the wool

I'm old enough, I should know better. I guess I have been giving some people the benefit of the doubt in thinking they were genuine, when in truth, they are probably too naive to really know what 'fri...

I had a dream last night

It was a bit bizarre. Every couple in the world was forced to switch partners. The men seemed fine with all this--not in a brainwashy kind of way, because they still retained their own personalities, ...

Aches and pains

I have been spending a friday off doing more physical work than I would when we run the show. Procrastination--it's really all my fault, but nice to put the blame elsewhere. Tonight is, 'decorate for...
