I went from being a small girl living in the southside of Chicago on 68 and Harper just off of Stoney Island. At that time there were Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers, Preachers, nurses, and Muslims from the Lost Found Nation of Islam. These were people you could look up to when I was small. These were the people who were the biggest influence in an all Black Neighborhood, but by the time I was thirteen the neighborhood had changed, and we moved back to the south to get away from the gangs. So I continued my adolesence in South Louisiana. At some time through this,I ended up in Los Angeles,
California. Where I graduated from Cal State Northridge University. I was blessed with two boys.
