FUNKTION is a funk,rock,soul,disco cover band that came together in March 2006 .It’s not an ordinary band and that is due to the fact that no song is played the usual and exact same way as the original.
FUNKTION is:Natasha Tsirou (mic), Dimitris Karpouzas (electric guitar), Chris Serenes (keyboards), Dimitris Mpikos (bass) and Sotiris Panagou (drums).
What FUNKTION mostly appreciate is giving each song a different,personal aspect since the band is consisted of 5 professional musicians who share mutual love for music, need to express themselves and their influences thru it and have definately had enough with ‘just’ reproducing popular songs.
If we had to write a conclusion,we would say that FUNKTION…make it function!
