TLM Productions

TLM Productions is the late blooming fruit of a life-long relationship between Dan, Andrew, and the music they both love. Friends since grade school and partners in bands from junior high through the college years, Dan and Andrew have stayed in and out of touch over thirty years as Dan pursued his career in the music business and Andrew pursued his in law and real estate. In 2004, they helped found The TLM Group, a service organization that promotes the interests of musicians and other artists. In 2006, they formed TLM Productions to promote the music and careers of artists in the Group and others that share the central mission of the Group: “to speak the truth in love through music”.

Andrew Amelang, General Manager

Andrew is a general partner and functions as the business manager and all-around overseer of TLM Productions. A former attorney and present-day asset manager, Andrew also enjoys playing bass, drums, and guitar every chance he gets. Andrew and his wife Cheryl are also the co-owners of the Brenham Music Academy.

Dan Workman, Production Manager

Dan is a general partner and manages all of our art production and artist development. Best known for his work as a record producer, recording engineer, and owner of Sugar Hill Recording Studios in Houston, Dan is also a songwriter, arranger, guitarist, and performance artist. When not in the studio or on stage, he can often be found on the open road on his ’77 BMW R60/7 motorcycle.

John Amelang, Operations Manager

John is responsible for the day-to-day operations, management, and booking of TLM Productions. (He is the one you will get if you e-mail us here on MySpace.) He has been in the music industry for ten years and owns and operates a small recording studio and teaches guitar in Brenham. www.myspace.com/sirensoundproductions

Ginny Moore, Promotions Manager

Ginny handles all event and artist promotions for TLM, including publicity, logistics, marketing, and hospitality. She is also a provocative and engaging poet and songwriter, and cooks a mean chicken tortilla soup.
