Kristin Myers and Our Heroes

Washington based singer songwriter, Kristin Myers, delivers a unique sound that is deeply rooted in the American Singer Songwriter tradition. Kristin has an established sound that blends a diverse range of genres. With a backing of the band, Our Heroes, Kristin has broken in to the folk scene with a passion and determination. Her fans find themselves humming the melodies, saying “They have become part of my life, and part of my own personal soundtrack.” Kristin Myers and Our Heroes have a dynamic and sound that combines stories and narratives with smooth melodies and enthralling rhythms. “The songs are different experiences from things in our everyday lives to fictional stories. Each of us comes from a different musical background. We pull ideas from a large pool of musical influences, and we make a point of blending all these different flavors together.” Kristin explains. Usually a hometown girl, Kristin Myers is now hitting the road with Our Heroes. “I am going to become a road warrior for my music!” she says, laughing.
