8-Bit Soul

8-Bit Soul aka Felix Lassen was born 06.04.86 in Oslo, Norway. In the late nineties (98-99 to be more exact) Felix started listening to trance music. As his interest for this music genre evolved he eventually wanted to get into the art of DJ'ing. In 2002 Felix started mixing and arranged some small parties together with some friends at some of the local youth clubs. In 2003 he joined up with THT Events and got to play at some small gigs, and eventually bigger parties. It was about the same time that he started producing his own tunes. After experimenting with different sounds for some time, Felix found that the trance genre was the obvious choice. Although he also produces more progressive and elctro-style tracks as well. Since then Felix has been producing his own tunes and spinning records at night clubs in Oslo.
