Army training camp |
I am back from army camp, which is different to band camp, although we did have a bag pipe player wake us up every morining and we too would have like to shoved the pipes up his....... .

Running 6 1/2 miles is not fun. |
I had to do a six and a half mile race today for an ex-teacher's team. I ran it in a lousy 44:19. Where i should normally, if up to my full fitness, run it in around 37-38 minutes.
