GALLERI Magazine is designed to celebrate and showcase the often underestimated, yet world class creative talents that reside in Hong Kong (and beyond)
All artists, designers, photographers, sculptors, model makers and writers are free to contribute their work for showcasing in the magazine (especially the younger, undiscovered and underexposed).
The magazine aims to be a "gallery on paper" that allows artists an opportunity to exhibit and promote their work in an easier, cost free way rather than through the expensive and often exclusive traditional gallery route.
GALLERI will showcase each and every creative discipline - photography, illustration, montage, sculpture, fine art, urban/street art, computer arts, 3d, the written word, sketches, thoughts, ideas...
The visual element of each contribution will be accompanied by a simple biography and contact details of the contributor, plus any upcoming event / exhibition details.
OVERVIEW:
-Quarterly magazine dedicated to showcasing and profiling Hong Kong's creative talents
-Non profit making - no adverts, no cover charge, no fees to contributors
-Features artists' commercial or commisioned work, as well as personal projects
-No censorship, no restrictions, no trends, no judgements, no bias
-No 'theme' for each issue
-Each artist will have profile / biography and a contact / website attached to their contribution for promotional purposes (if required)
-All information will be bilingual in English and traditional Chinese
-Free distribution of the magazine will be through a mail out to an extensive database of HK creative community and also through select outlets across town. We aim to get the magazine into the hands of those who are interested and influential - we are not in the business of wasting paper simply to generate advertising revenue.

GALLERI exists solely to promote and encourage what we see as a very strong, yet under-represented independent creative movement in Hong Kong. We absolutely guarantee that we will not use any artwork submitted in any format or for any other purposes other than publication in GALLERI magazine - and eventually maybe a website if we get our act together.
HOW TO CONTRIBUTE
Submit image of any creative work in any discipline, past or present
Images - digital format - 300dpi high res CMYK TIF files (approx A4)
Text - in English or Chinese - in MS Word Document including:
written biography/profile
title(s) of artwork(s)
contact details/website
image credits (if applicable)
size and medium (if applicable)
OPTION 1 - On Line
Upload clearly named files to the GALLERI website
Goto www.galleri.hk and follow the very simple instructions
Maximum 10MB per file
To upload multiple files, please upload as one ZIP folder
Send us an email letting us know that you've uploaded your files

OPTION 2 - CD Rom
Send a clearly labeled CD Rom containing all images (300 dpi high resolution CMYK TIF files) as well as all text to:
