Proper Villains started out in early 2007 as a jam/reggae band with the following members: Shige Ainoa on Vocals, Al Mira on Guitar, Taylor Biscup on Lead Guitar, Reggie Mira on Guitar, Shea McArdle on Bass Guitar and Chris McArdle on Drums. Over the course of the year, several members left to pursue other endeavors, however, Shea and Chris sought out and recruited other members of the band. Several iterations of the Proper Villains formed, however, in late 2007/early 2008, the current line up was formed: Luke Blanton on Vocals and Lead Guitar, Shea McArdle on Bass Guitar, Reggie Mira on Guitar and Chris McArdle on Drums.
The band has played all over Colorado Springs and Pueblo along with local bands such as Four Corners Fold, Stab Crew, Global Hour, The KnightBeats, A Novel Form and Basil Reid. Proper Villains have also played with national bands such as The Expendables, Insolence and Authority Zero. ..
