Trans/Giving is a unique, award-winning series that showcases the immense talent of transgender, genderqueer, and intersex artists in Los Angeles and abroad.Trans/Giving functions as both a showcase for experienced artists and as a space to try out new ideas and directly address the concerns of those who are new to performing. We strive to be a space where people from many different communities and backgrounds can connect and share their talents.While some of our past artists have addressed gender issues directly, this is by no means a requirement -- we are interested in sharing the best work of all members of our communities, whatever the theme.
