Egghead.

About Me

Egghead. existed from 1994-1998. The period after their name has been widely discussed. They were based in New York City and used to play in venues like CBGB’s, Coney Island High and The Continental, and they opened for bands like The Dickies, The Figgs, The Parasites, Ann Berretta and Furious George. They toured a couple of times, playing as far south as Athens, GA Sometimes people get drunk, log onto message boards and credit them with starting the New York Pop-Punk scene. John Ross Bowie (bass/vocals), Mike Faloon (drums) and Johnny Reno (guitar/vocals) are flattered by this sentiment, but really feel like we’re all winners.
