Zazen - Kari Tieger

Buddhist monk Eric Lagarrigue met Kari on aol in the Cafe Philo chatroom in February of 2006. When he learned that she practiced yoga, he quickly struck up a conversation and expressed interest in her music. Having purchased her CDs, he became convinced that she was The Voice he had been seeking to communicate the message of zazen.One year later they had collaborated on this synergistic bilingual guided meditation CD, which was "born" (released) on Valentine's Day.
