About Me

Triple J Unearthed Review: Beggars' Choices
"These guys have got some good stuff going on. The vocals are strong, the music moody, and I like the way it just drifts along and builds steadily."
Star Rating: 4/5

MTV Kickstart Review: Beggar's Choices
"If Peter Hook grew up in Glenelg, Robert Smith lived up the road in Brighton and Siouxsie Sioux was based in Marion, maybe they'd have been the names behind the Gothic, atmospheric vibe of Lumonics. Despite their relatively low profile on the hometown scene, Beggars' Choices propels them to the front of the pack when it comes to promising stars of the future. An excellent, dynamic tune that could fit neatly on Pornography."
Star Rating: 4/5

Live Review
"I'm all out, I give up, I admit it, I swear: Lumonics are without a doubt one of the BEST new bands coming out of the Adelaide scene in 2008. I'm not even kidding. I'm all out of kidding. I went to the store and they no longer have 'kidding' in stock (it's gonna be another 6-8 weeks)."
Star Rating: 5/5
