Novembre 2008 - Anastasia Friedman lance son tout premier extrait, la pièce Hope Street, une introduction parfaite à l’univers d’une artiste montréalaise qui charme par la chaleur de sa voix et l’intimité de ses musiques.
La chanson Hope Street, alimentée par les thèmes de l’espoir, de l’amitié, des attentes face à la vie et des préoccupations de toute une génération, est ponctuée de chœurs et de sonorités acoustiques entraînantes, qui décrochent inévitablement un sourire.
Présence reconnue dans l’univers musical canadien, Anastasia Friedman a notamment fait partie de l’acclamé groupe Sky (dont elle avait composé et chanté le succès You). Elle a également agit comme choriste pour Jean Leloup sur l’album La Vallée des réputations et pour Daniel Bélanger lors de sa marquante tournée Rêver mieux.
Audiogram lancera en janvier 2009 Full Circle, un premier album solo sensuel et ensoleillé rempli de passion. Co-réalisé par Carl Bastien, Jocelyn Tellier et Louis Legault (équipe prodigieuse dont le travail combiné comprend notamment Rêver Mieux de Daniel Bélanger et plusieurs projets de Dumas), Full circle met de l’avant tout le talent d’interprète et d’auteure-compositrice d’Anastasia Friedman.

november 2008 - Montreal singer–songwriter Anastasia Friedman is releasing her first-ever solo single, “Hope Street”: a perfect introduction to the vocal warmth and musical intimacy of this heart-melting artist.
“Hope Street” grooves to themes of optimism, friendship, life expectations and the concerns of an entire generation, carried along by choral arrangements and acoustic upswells that are guaranteed to bring a smile to the face.
Anastasia is a familiar presence on the Canadian music scene, having been part of the band Sky (she composed and sang their hit, “You”) and sung backup on both the Jean Leloup album La Vallée des réputations and Daniel Bélanger’s watershed Rêver mieux tour.
In January 2009, Audiogram will launch Full Circle, Anastasia’s inaugural solo record. Co-produced by Carl Bastien, Jocelyn Tellier and Louis Legault – a dream team who have Daniel Bélanger’s Rêver mieux and several Dumas projects under their belts – the new disc is sunny, sensual and bursting with life, showcasing the full spectrum of Anastasia’s singing and songwriting talent.
