Hangmans Whip

Founded in the beginning of 2006 by Maniac Whipper (vocals and guitars), Carnifex (drums) and Axewielder (lead guitars) the Hangman set his course to strike the earth with the harsh whip of aggressive and violent metal. In this line-up the first songs were created in the vein of good old Traditional Heavy/Thrash Metal in the vein of Sodom, Running Wild and Iron Maiden. Recognizing the potential behind the band Cremator entered the horde refreshing the old-styled tunes with a slightly modern influence of Swedish-Death metal and becoming responsible for the rhythm-section of Hangmans Whip..s guitarwork. After Merciless Executor claimed the vacant bass-position further songs got produced, so that in summer 2008 the time will finally be right for the Hangman..s first audible full-length strike. Unfortunately Carnifex recently quit his engagement on drums due to personal problems, but a replacement was soon to be found with drumbeast Barbaric butcher completing the squad and closing the circle of whip and axe. So, disciples of the whip, beware the dawn of the hangman..... Posers who refuse to bang will dangle at the gallows end!!!
