About Me

The Fool reminds us that we have to go out there and experience life in full.
A five piece band based in south eastern suburbia, using a mix of feel good melodies and catchy riffs to deliver a fresh contribution to British music. Gigging all around London so keep involved. We want the world to hear and enjoy our music. Once we've done that we'll move onto the next one. And the next...

What can I say? The Fool totally stole the show. Obnoxious, arrogant and immediately lovable, the crowd-baiting young punks started a full-on riot. I want them at every party I go to from now on. End of.
Base. Mag 2007 Review -
There's a shoe shuffling arrogance to the Fool, but deftly swaggering the right side of the cock bastard line and into the cheeky wink charm of skinny jeaned sincerity. Vocals are delivered with a sharp poignancy: 'Flip Side's' serating sonic chops are a back drop to a strident vocal lament. 'Alarm Bells' is an amble of teasing, wry guitars as they tip toe and leap along a path paved with raggedy slabs of ska and fierce drum beats, show casing their punk-edged, trumpet aided knack for a sweet pop song. A refreshing honesty underpins the Fool: the old adage, 'the fool speaks, the wise man listens' is something well worth adhering to in this instance.
