About Me

I don't believe in impossible, just challenging. I believe in knowing your limits, then pushing them a little bit further. I believe in natural adrenaline, not drugs. I believe that wine truely is the nectar of the gods (I am a certified Sommelier). I believe that food is a very justifiable reason for existence and have devoted a good amount of my life to its pursuit (as a chef). I believe that everyone has good in them. I believe in being motivated, and unwaveringly persistant in the persuit of my goals. I believe nothing can stand in my way if I truely wish to achieve. I believe in travelling the world and experiencing other cultures. I believe I will meet my goal of visiting 30 countries by the time i'm 30 (5 years and 13 countries to go). I believe in the strength of love and the power which it possesses. I believe you should never end a sentence with a preposition. I believe in the persuit of the eXtreme (if I can throw myself onto it, out of it, down it, in it, or under it... I'll do it). I believe there is no such thing as overdressed and would sooner wear a tux to a dive bar than shorts to a restaurant. I believe in coveting friendships and unending loyalty. I believe that techno/trance/house/electronica is the best kind of music and definately love to dance up a storm to them. I believe that the only way to open a bottle of champagne is by sabering. I believe that (speaking of champagne), strawberries NEVER belong in good champagne. I believe every person has a right to healthcare and education. My Interests

cooking, eating, extreme sports, travelling, my puppy, partying, dancing, clubbing, music, snowboarding, scuba diving, sky diving, rock climbing, new experiences, family guy, wine, singing, piercing, surfing, boardsports, adrenaline, body mods, yoga, modelling.

I'd like to meet:

Fun, outgoing, openminded people. If you're boring or pessimistic, I am not the person for you. Honesty and trust are really important to me. I will always be honest and trustworthy and expect the same from my friends.

Music:

too much music, too little space. Pick a genre and i'm into it. Depending on my mood, you can find me clubbing to some of the world's greatest house and trance, crowd surfing to alternative/rock/punk, getting my ghetto on with hip hop and R&B, eating brunch to jazz, relaxing with classical, and occasionally even putting my chevy pickup up on blocks in my driveway while drinking bud light and cleaning my shotgun to country. ;) Some of my fav groups/artists = Infected Mushroom, The New Deal, DJ Yahel, Astral Projection, Paul Okenfold, John Digweed, The Crystal Method, Hoobastank, Eve 6, Foo Fighters, Incubus, 311, Lit, Rage Against the Machine, Soundgarden, Barenaked Ladies, Eagle Eye Cherry, Duncan Sheik, Irving Berlin, Duke Ellington, Etta James, well you get the idea.

Movies:

Again just too many to list. But some highlights include: Mystery Science Theatre 3000 (the movie) The Crow, Billy Madison, Dangerous Liasons, Cruel Intentions, Go, Groove, Ferris Buler's Day Off, Keeping the Faith, Oceans Eleven, Old School, The Princess Bride, Shrek, Snatch, Tao of Steve, Thomas Crown Affair, National Lampoon's Van Wilder.

Television:

It takes a lot for a TV show to make me laugh out loud... these shows do it consistently. The Family Guy (who doesn't like this show ?!?!?), Simpsons, Reno 911! (Look for me in the upcoming movie) Da Ali G. Show The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Whose Line Is It Anyway, Also big props for: Blind Date, Myth Busters and of course, my fav (and yours) IRON CHEF

Books:

Anything related to food, wine, or cooking (yes this includes cookbooks).
