Based out of Los Angeles California, Sirvenamar is a politically charged band that exhibits raw energy. Dating back to 2001 Sirvenamar has gone through several line up changes with Alfredo and Fili remaining as the founding members. In 2007 the band was solidified with the addition of Torch and Sebastian. Since then, they have spent their time refining their sound to create a unique blend of punk, hard rock and Hip-Hop. With the release of the Certified E.P. ( Recorded Dec. 2007 at Griffdogrecords) Sirvenamar showcases 5 unique tracks that embodies their vibrant sound. Dealing with their day-to-day lives, they make certain, music, is their top priority. Through devotion, dedication, creativity and experience they have managed to nurture a bold musical aspiration. Sirvenamar's Inside Out has been featured in Viva La Punk Vol. 1 (Atomic Records) and has been played on complete control radio by Joe Sib. They have also been showcased in Skartch Magazine Presents Vol.40 Comp Cd Summer Sampler (Skartch Magazine) with two tracks (Inside Out, and Certify). Sirvenamar has plans to release a second E.P. in the month of May 2009 entitled Failed State which will include the songs: Get Out The Void, In Their Image, and Failed State.
