Patsy Bolton was not always Patsy Bolton. Her name given at birth was Ruth
colianni, but her family soon realized she had such an enormous talent at an early age! The stage name Patsy Bolton came about from her manager Lou Bolton (who got her started in the business), the father of her niece Mandy. She traveled everywhere performing and at fourteen years old she found herself performing with Eddie Cantor!Brief Memories
As a little girl, she would always watch me. She would tell me many stories while taking long walks with me around the town (Vandergrift), and in the spring/summer she would always sing to me on our front porch swing until I fell asleep. I have so many great memories with her! Aunt Ruthy was an amazing woman! She absolutely loved children! I do know she never let anyone in the family talk about anyone else badly. She was a VERY positive person with alot of amazing vibes. She was very vibrant, outspoken, and LOUD! ! ! Everyone who came in contact with her KNOWS just what I mean.
