My Interests

Games, Movies, Music, Books. If it's interesting, I'm interested.

I'd like to meet:

God. But not in that way.

Music:

Music is very important to me. If you don't like music, of any kind, then we wouldn't get along too well. I have a very ecclectic taste, I don't really limit myself to genres. If it sounds good, then it is good. Here is a list of bands I have encountered in my travels, all of whom I have enjoyed. More as I find them (or they find me):

10 Years 36 Crazyfists The 5.6.7.8's The 88 A Life Once Lost A Perfect Circle AC/DC Akon All That Remains The Allman Brothers Band Andrew W.K. What genre of music are you?
You are metal. A lot of people see you as a loud, obnoxious ass****, but you're really nice once people get to know the real you. You're always joking about something, but when someone finally gets to you, you don't hesitate for a second to rip their f**king chest open and eat their still-beating heart.

Movies:

I watch so many movies and love so many of them I don't even know what to write. I like all good movies; however, just because I like a movie, doesn't mean it's a good one. Bad movies need love too. Some of my all-time favorites though:

Star Wars: Episodes IV, V and VI The Indiana Jones Trilogy The Big Lebowski The Back to the Future Trilogy The Robocop Trilogy The Shawshank Redemption Akira Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome Demolition Man Judge Dredd Stargate Starship Troopers Most Disney Musicals (Yes, Really.) South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut Every Kevin Smith Film (except for Chasing Amy) Most Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Anime More as I think of them...

Television:

I've been watching more television lately, here is some shit I watch with some frequency:

Iron Chef America Good Eats Futurama CSI The Simpsons Scrubs Top Chef Project Runway (Yes, Really.) Dexter Almost all Wrestling and MMA Assorted Star Treks

Books:

I read a lot of books, that includes Comic Books and Graphic Novels/Manga (which are a written medium people, not its own genre!) I basically read anything that looks interesting or whatever my friends (atleast those who share my taste) give me to read. Off the top of my head though:

The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri (translated by John Ciardi) The Five Book Trilogy of Books (AKA The Hitchhikers Series) by Douglas Adams Anything by Neil Stephenson Anything by R.A. Salvatore MOST of Shakespeare Anything by Kazuo Koike (with Goseki Kojima R.I.P) Anything by Neil Gaiman Anything by Brian Michael Bendis Anything by Ed Brubaker Anything by Brian K. Vaughan Anything by Warren Ellis Anything by Garth Ennis (with Steve Dillon preferably) Anything by J. Michael Straczynski Anything by Raymond E. Feist Anything by Rumiko Takahashi Anything by Frank Miller Anything by Kurt Vonnegut Anything by William Gibson The Book of Five Rings by Miyamoto Musashi Anything by H.P. Lovecraft Almost all Religious Text Most Works by Philosophers of the Existentialist Perusasion
What Gritty No Nonsense Comic Book Character are You?
You are John Constantine.John has a strong knowledge of the occult and at times he appears to wield strong magical powers but he has also become known as something of a con-man, more likely to talk himself out of trouble than pull a rabbit out of a hat.

Heroes:

I don't need to list any personal heroes. I just like to know that they are out there for me to admire.
