About Me

Create or get your
very own MySpace LayoutsI came in the game in 88 with a cassett. yeah that's right cassett. called" Fully armed". then I got picked up by a inde label called Broken records, and released Listen Up. we moved about 50,000,00 of those and rocked gigs all over the US. Which got fools hype for another LP called "A saved man in the Jungle' I dropped that in 91/92 ,it didn't move as much as listen up but it was cool for the CBA market. Then I came with what allot call ,the classic SFC album "phase 3" it was a cool album and we had a bomb budget,we also got picked up by Epic records with this one but the deal never came to life,we just got a bunch of limo rides and 500.00 dollar dinner's and 5 star hotel treatment in NYC. Then I took a break for a min. and started to really come into my style and dropped the album titled "Illumination" I loved this LP.I did some styles on there that are just begining to blow up now, like the whole poetry movement ,we did some raw junk on there to jazz, but the way it went down was crazy I had jazz cats come in one at a time and build on the energy. that junk was fun. Then I quit the whole game because I was broke and to set in my ways to change my style from an Emcee to a rapper. I could'nt do it so i quit. 4 yrs went by and I saw an opportunity to drop something again. So once again in 1998, on my own label "Beesyde Records" which had a meaning, I was in the game again. "The Meaning" ,back in the days all the artsy/risky songs would go on the B side of a single. I felt everything I did was a risk according to American Radio standards,so therefore the name Beesyde Records. In 1998 I dropped a six song EP entitled " Raider of the lost art" I recorded the whole EP in a garage and got crazy respect from allot of heads in the mainstream i always looked up to . That was better than the cash in a way, but I did want the CASH. From that EP came another single,"All over the world",which took off for a min. but I didn't have the cash to supply the demand. Then my last album Eargasmic Arrangements, which with no doubt I can say this was my best work. From the album cover to the songs, verse's and guest aappearance's it just sucks that only 3000 people got original copies. Nevertheless it was a cool run, I got to see the world, I got to shake hands with different cultures, i got to speak and what I said mattered to allot of people. Yeah, I didn't make the money but I did what God wanted me to do. the fruit of SFC is all over the T.V.,the internet and the radio. on street corner's and pulpits "all over the world". 19 yrs later here I am on My space getting hit up from now grown men & women telling me how they were touched by my music and my words. and in return i thank God because that was all him I never wanted to be a christian emcee. so thank you God for using me like you did. I feel that was my reward. So NOW THIS SITE/SPACE is a DEDICATION to all of you who loved my music. Thank you all,be blessed, and enjoy. Soup rom12:2.3
