About Me

Textbook Rumours consists of Tom, Dave, Chris and our newest member Ben. After parting ways with our previous lead vocalist, the band is now entering an exciting new era full of drive and ambition to express our passion for music and to make our mark on the music scene.
Were currently looking for a new singer because we feel we can move further on if we had a shit hot vocalist ;p so if you sing get in touch were holding auditions (Y)
Were also considering getting a keyboard player in so if you play keys also get in touch (Y)
We’ve decided that once we’ve done our last few gigs were going to take a few months out from the live scene to write some more material, record more and focus on other aspects off the group. But keep your eyes open cuz September time we will be back!!!

Influences: Some of Tom's favourite artists consist of classic rock bands, such as Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Thin Lizzy, Queen and Boston, but he is also influenced by more modern bands such as Lostprophets and The Feeling.

Chris' influences come from a wide variety, including artists like The Who, The Beatles, Nickelback, The Foo Fighters, Incubus, Lionel Richie and Fleetwood Mac.

Dave's music taste is more contemporary including bands such as The Early November, Blink 182, Feeder and Razorlight.

Ben's influences also cover a wide variety of artists such as The Answer, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Jeff Buckley, Radiohead and Velvet Revolver.
