Group progress 4/04We had another successful meeting Tuesday, and were able to establish the writers for the four major sections of our grant.These are our guidelines, taken directly from the grant application, we will be following to create our grant.1. A brief overview of your organization and why these funds are being requested. Please include the following:
a. A detailed description of the program or project for which the grant is being sought and the clients it serves.
b. An explanation of how the project links with the priorities of the HAVE IT YOUR WAYâ„¢ Foundation.
c. A final overview of no more than two, single-spaced pages in length, in 12-point type,Section one makes up our proposal that is being covered in sections by our three teams.

Team III/1. c2-12 Will make up the technical information section to be covered by Aaron; he may request our help as he progresses.We will be holding a brainstorming session Thursday after class so we can establish a working outline for our grant.I know it has been very difficult to get everyone together at the same time, so those of you who were able to work on the outline for the separate sections should be able to bring your partner up to speed and leave early if you need to.The more participation we get in this activity will help with the overall smoothness of the rest of our writing process, everyone will know the same stuff and be able to work independently.If all goes well, we should have a rough draft to give Dr. Tarter by 4/10.
