Casinogroove was formed in early 2001 by Guitar Player/Singer/Songwriter Cameron Spencer(Baby Man,Street Life)and Singer/Songwriter Marlon Cherry(The Home Boyz,Toil and Trouble,Ganesh,Jomarl)after an impromptue gig in The Norwich Arts Centre.The group was fortunate enough to go through only a few name changes,namely "Infamous Dubious","Casino" and "Chocolate Culture" which was also thrown in the melais that is finding a band name.With regards to line up changes,only a few took place in the early day's although the Spencer-Cherry core remained and upon rigging up the exceptionaly talented Guitarist,Joe Gass(Swim,Keeper Williams,Baby Man) on bass and the song driver that is Alex Findlow(Baby Man) on drum's the band were ready to "kick ass" and so they did for many a year around East Anglia and further afield making many many people happy through music.With many years of performing and writing experience between the group they have and endless repitoure of original material written by the foursome.Since 2005 the group have been on a creative break with all member's pursuing various musical and non-musical project's although with the Dawn of 2007 the group find themsleves in the studio again resurecting some of their old club banger's and above all,doing what they do best writing new,orignial funked up song's.So sit back relax and enjoy the Casinogroove ride......
