How can I sum up my life? Well I can say I am happily married of 9 years. I have three wonderful children that are the world to me. I came to the conclusion these boys are only on loan to me for awhile. How I live my life will determine the direction of their destinies. It is important that as they are pulled from the quiver that they hit the mark in their lives as a fine tuned arrow shot by a precise archer.. My wife Jody truly is the best thing that has ever happened to me aside from my relationship with the savior. She is that person that many seek far and wide in hopes of meeting. I truly am blessed with our connection. I am a border line work aholic that is passionate about my job. I enjoy building teams, and seeing people reach places they may not have thought to be possible. I would rather see someone else take the credit for my hard work and dedication. So many people in this world lack receiving affirmation that is a catalyst in propelling them forward.The last two years have been a real stretching period and a time for growth and a deeper understanding of the importantance of life.I love fishing, and hunting everything outside!! I also like to read leadership books that challenge my thinking. I learned that if all you know is what you know? You will never grow!!
