Mike Bishop's Music

I'm Mike. I'm a Music Education Major with an emphasis in Percussion at West Chester University, in West Chester, Pennsylvania. I am taking some time off from school as of right now. I'm a brother of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. I lived around the country, in CA, FL, GA, SC, PA, & NJ. I've spent most of my life in the Greater Philadelphia Area.I'm involved with the pageantry arts know as Drum and Bugle Corps and Indoor Percussion Ensemble. Basically, I play in and teach drumlines. I was a member of the Three-time Spirit of Disney Award-winning Jersey Surf Drum and Bugle Corps for four years, and served as Front Ensemble Section Leader. I now am a member of the Multiple-time DCI Division I finalist, Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps Front Ensemble. I am currently the Front Ensemble Section Leader of United Percussion, the two-time Bronze Medal winning and 2007 Champion of Winter Guard International's Percussion Indpendent Open.I began writing some music. Some for my own pleasure and enjoyment, some for others to hear, some for money.
