.. I am Silvy and I live in Holland near Eindhoven. My passion is music, metalmusic! When I entered the Dynamo (legendary rock and metalcafe in Eindhoven)in 1983 my life changed forever. I felt at home and I immediately had friends. That is special about metal. It's the music that counts and binds people. So I became a volunteer at the Dynamo CLub and saw lots of bands like Warlock, Slayer, Testament and Anthrax in this little place where 300 people just fit in. I worked at every Dynamo Open Air festival. First years I was the toiletgirl together with my friends Loes en Ellen. But soon I was the photographer for Aardschok magazine and our own magazine the Dynamite. When the Dynamo closed in 2002 I organised the Dynamo "Houdoe en bedankt" festival together with friends like Andre, Mike, Edwin, Ramon, Frank, Geert. The festival was awesome and I will never forget this special day with Helstar, Doro, Skyclad etc. Now I visit the new Dynamo when there is a gig. It will never be the same but that's alright..I also like to photograph live bands. But also nature, like the beautiful nature in the USA. I visited the Usa three times now and I do wanna go back again. I was in FLorida and at the West coast (LA San Francisco, Las vegas, grand canyon) In 2008 I discoverd Sweden! Wow, what a wonderful country. I'm sure I will visit again this year!I am a big Kiss fan since 1979. Last year I've seen Kiss live 5 times and in 2006 I've seen Paul Stanley live in San Francisco; an experience to never forget!And then there is Opeth! The metalexperience of all time. Their music is phenomenal and Mikael Akerfeldt is a musicgenius and a very special person indeed!....
