How I would like this to work is:
1) You message me through myspace with a date, time, venue, event type, phone number and contact name
2) This will be put into the diary and reserved for up to 7 days. I will then contact you and collect 25% deposit within these seven days. If the deposit is paid the date is held in the diary, if it is not it will the date will be made available and your booking cancelled.
3)On the day in question you can choose to collect the PA yourself or for a small charge have it delivered to the venue. In addition I can also provide 'sound engineer' function should it be required.
Pretty simple really.
Costs:
You collect and return, 1 day/evening = £50.00
I deliver, assemble and collect (up to 15 miles) = £75.00
I do sound for you = £30.00 plus cost of PA hire
I'm sorry but unless you are a mate costs are non-negotiable. Deposit = 25% and is non-refundable. Payment in full must be made upon collection or upon delivery.
I want this to be a friendly, useable service so please do not book the PA unless you understand and accept the above conditions.
