I lost 5 MORE lbs since may 12th!!! so now thats a total of 47 lbs in only 11months!! and im not even on a diet lol... I just walk ALOT like everywhere i go I walk,miles even, and i like only eat dinn...

Last time i weighed myself was last friday night and then i had lost another pound,yeah...only one pound this time,but if you think about it a pound is ALOT of fat,and now its gone...this is starting ...
