I tend to think of life as a constant journey of evolution and self-discovery; who I am today may not be who I was 10 years ago or who I will be 10 years from now. Public opinion may differ from my own in terms of my identity, so my self-description should be read in conjunction with my testimonials to form a more holistic view. More comments from those I know are definitely welcome, if only to establish a better sense of self. This much I can safely say has remained constant throughout: lankiness, aloofness (which some have confused with snobbishness), dry (lame!) sense of humour, preference for listening rather than making conversation, lack of emotional expression. Someone who enjoys the excitement of the unknown and the comfort of familiarity, who revels in the company of friends and loved ones, who both embraces and shuns the limelight, who craves activity but also likes vegetating on the sofa. I yearn for the carefree days of youth, when life was less complicated and time passed by more slowly. My biggest vices are probably procrastination and conformity. My dream is a life of content, my wish is the strength and wisdom to make the most of what has been so generously given, to be able to reminisce without regret and to have made a difference.
