After attending Boston University followed by a 5 year stint with Marriott hotels, I moved home to EGR this past June. Happily married for 2 years, Rich and I recently bought a house in East Grand Rapids..just minutes from downtown and close to family. I have the job of my dreams opening the new JW Marriott downtown. The hotel is out of this world and I look forward to work every single morning. I've never worked with such a fun and dynamic team. When I'm not working, you'll see me spending as much time as possible with friends and family. I am always up for anything - from happy hour downtown to a day at the lake. As a generally positive and happy person, I don't do well with Debbie Downers and tend to surround myself by other positive people as much as possible. My three passions in life are music, cooking and traveling. I am happy to say that I incorporate all three into my life on a regular basis. I've been home for a little over 2 months and can now say with confidence that this move was the best decision on so many levels. And the best is yet to come!
