"Ain't No Sin To Be Glad Your Alive!"I am a full time Martial Arts Athlete and Instructor, I started Martial Arts at age five, my style is Wado-Ryu Karate and freestyle Kickboxing. My training consists of six times a week training up to three times a day. In 2004 I won the WAKO Pro World Title, which is the most prestigious title in Kickboxing. Later that year my daughter Cecee was born so I now hold another prestigious title to my name! I am a proud member of professional Martial Arts Team SWAT, we compete as a team and as individuals at all the major events held Nationally and Internationally.
