Bio
The whole thing started when Gustaf (Guitar, harmony vocals) formed a band with Nils Henriksson (Lead Vocals, keyboard). Gustaf wanted to play Deep Purple covers but when Nils played some songs of his own making, Gustaf changed his mind. His brother Axel (Drums, Harmony vocals) then also joined after hearing the songs they were about to play.
After a few months they realised that they needed a real bassguitar instead of Nils playing synth bass. Therefore Hugo Rydbeck (Bass) joined but leaved just a few weeks later. But the band had shows planned and was really in need of a good bassplayer. As fourtune may have it, the bassist Teodor Wolgers (Bass) went in the same class as Nils so he joined very soon.
Now the band was complete and was ready to play some great gigs, but as their music evolved and became more and more symfonic, they felt that the arrangements could use another synthesizer and a third singer to be able to sing three part harmonies (This was before we realised Gustaf could sing). We called Nils Byrén (Syntheziser, harmony vocals, Percussion), who was very happy to join in with us.
A few months later both Nils.B and the rest of the band realised that he didn't have the time to be a full member so Tripsis and Nils parted.
We were in desperate need of a new skilled vocalist to be able to do the three part harmony in "The One" at Musikdirekt so we called Nils.Hs cousin Ellinor.H and she was very hapy to fill in.
Ellinore.H didn't have the time to join Tripsis so we started looking for a new harmony vocalist. When Nils appeared in a local cabarét he was impressed by one of the singers/actresses called Ellinor Ericsson (Harmony vocals) so we asked her to join and she said; -Yeah!..
