[email protected])Déio Tambasco is a recognized Brazilian musician who have being on the road for 18 years. He is a well-known guitar, bass guitar, drums, sitar, keyboards player and also an inspirational lead singer.
He was part of famous bands such as Katsbarnea, Anno Domini, Trôad, Negrovera and Renascer Praise, with who recorder 11 albums. During 3 years performed as invited lead guitar player of the band Oficina G3.
The Anno Domini band was Deio’s very first important work. At that time, he used to play guitar and also sing, in conjunction with his brother Duca Tambasco (bass guitar) and Lufe, on the drums. The band has ended after Duca joint the band Oficina G3. At the same time, Deio returned to Katsbarnea.
6 years ago, Déio Tambasco started his career at the record company Gospel Records, in Sao Paulo, recording his first CD “Além do Céuâ€, the same name of the leading song of the album.
His second album, “Novos Rumos ( new road )â€, was launched by the record company MK Publicitá, in Rio de Janeiro. During this period, he left his voice for the CD “Amo Voceâ€, also from MK Publicitá.
Déio had the opportunity to join in the stage and studios with recognized names in the musical scene such as Oficina G3, RM6, Aline Barros, Nelson Ned, Rod Mayer, Maurilio Santos, DJ Alpiste, Paulinho Makuko, Rimena (in memorian), Phill Driscoll, Riquie Pantoja, Ana Raia, Phill Tarver, Brother Simion, Kleber Lucas, Faty, Resgate, Grupo Tradição JanaÃna, Patricia e Adriana and many others.
With a broad international experience, he played in cities located in most all the continents: La Paz & Santa Cruz de La Sierra (Bolivia), Madrid (Spain), Luxor & Sharm El Sheik (Egypt), Eilat, Beersheba, Bethlehem, Jericho, Jerusalem and other cities in Israel, Istanbul (Turkey), London (England), Rome (Italy), Johannesburg (South Africa) and Luanda (Angola).
Due to his unbeatable talent, Déio has shown the ability to execute different activities, all devoted to the musical atmosphere: talented lead singer, music class teacher, and producer. Today he plays with the bands Katsbarnea and Renascer Praise and also solo, in addition to the fact that he is requested to perform with the most important names in the gospel music arena. At home he keeps a studio, where produces his own works. Available for workshops, he is actually recording a totally instrumental CD focused on blues, his favorite music style and biggest influence.
Nowadays, Déio Tambasco is working on his next new album (the 3rd one), where he is performing not only as the lead singer and musician, but also as the CD producer. This album will have the participation of his brother Duca (on the bass guitar) and Flavio Benez, on the drums.
