Dre An’ stood out like no other; and his skills were untouchable.Dre An’ Dealer was born and raised in the inner city of South West Philly but currently resides in North Carolina.While growing up in Bartram Village Projects also known as Five Four Vill, on Philadelphia’s Southwest side, Dre An’ teamed up with MC Ness who is most recognized from P Diddy’s show Making The Band.
