So, I just finished up my second year of college and am going to take a break from it for a semester or two, not sure yet. Going to use that time to figure out what I really want to do, move out, and get a better job. When I started out in college I was majoring in psychology, then switched to English, then liberal arts, and now I’m back to psychology. Don’t know what I want to do with it yet, but that’s my major now; and if they ever get another teacher, Japanese will be my minor again.
I’m also working out with two of my friends now, learning belly dancing. It’s really fun, we’re hopefully going to enter in a competition when we figure out what we’re doing. Ok, when I figure out what I’m doing, they’ve been doing it for years x.x Luckily I’ve kept up with my stretches and stuff from karate and gymnastics, so I’m still pretty flexible. It’s the muscle isolation and such that’s hard for me, that and keeping my arms in the air like that! X.X But yeah, it’s a blast, having lots of fun with that~! lol
Still reading constantly, always have my nose in a book. My newest addiction is rereading my Mercedes Lackey, I love her! Also still music addicted, if you ever see me without my iPod it’s a sign of the apocalypse. I’m getting more into American music now though, it’s weird. I like Escape the Fate, Every Avenue, Owl City…et cetera. I still love Japanese music though, it’s just about 50:50 now is all. I’m hardly writing anymore, but people keep asking me to update on stories I’ve posted, so that might change here shortly.
Another one of the biggest parts of my life are my friends, we’ve been through so much together over the years, I don’t know what I’d do without them. Over our years we’ve gone through floods, car accidents, emotional breakdowns, crappy relationships, even killer kitties! lol I love you guys, wouldn’t trade you for anything!
