Add to My Profile | More Videos I was raised a preacher's kid, determined to save the world. I thought what better path than to become a beauty queen! Besides, I wanted to save the world looking good. My mission to save the world trickled into my dating life and marriage. Foolishly, I relied on my self-righteousness, and my better than thou attitude. Instead of a grateful Christian embracing my forgiveness, I had become Barbie with a Bible, expecting my good actions to change others. Fortunatley, I've been into God since I was 4 years old, and he is faithful to bring us through our stupidity to reveal to us his goodness, in spite of ourselves. In spite of ourselves? Yeah, I took in foster kids to help those poor souls, and turn them into something fabulous . . .turns out I had a poor soul too, and it was the foster kids I had that helped me become something fabulous. Then, I got dumped by my drug and alcoholic husband who left me and my son while he fed his addictions. Humiliated I tell ya, beauty queens just don't get dumped, especially nice ones like me trying to save the world! Yet again, the hardships force us to look deep within and discover what we base our eternal hope on. I hope you have found that hope too, if not, I would like to introduce you to Jesus!

You. No matter what you've been into, no matter what your past, no matter what you do today, God is into you. So many Christians put too much focus on the sin, that the sinner is ignored. Are gays bigger sinners than gossips? Can shopping excessively be compared to sex addiction? When facing God at your death, will you try to reason with him that your desire for your neighbors things isn't as bad as the drug user? The Bible says that unless you are forgiven, you are a sinner. You are forgiven by getting into God. You get into God by first believing He is God and that He sent Jesus to die for YOUR sins. You get into God by accepting the salvation He offers you. You get into God by seeking out a church to make your home while you learn about God. You get into God by loving God through obedience. You get into God by getting into his Word . . .the Bible.
