I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Honest, easy going, loyal, down to earth and moderately shy. I'm always looking to make new friends from around the world! :-) I come from an international background having been born and brought up in the very cosmopolitan city of Hong Kong and also being of mixed ethnic origin (English and Filipino - mistiso ako!). I love to travel and want to do more over the coming years. My favourite places in the world are Hong Kong; The Lake District, England; North Shore, O'ahu, Hawai'i; Santa Monica, California; and Pokhara, Nepal.I live and work in London, England and I am continually discovering fascinating new "pockets" here. There's just so much to do in this fantastic place, and not enough time to do it in. Friends, and friends of friends etc. please get in touch if you're ever in the city.I also like trying new things (not necessarily crazy, but new!) with my biggest new thing for the last year being surfing, which I did for the first time at the surfing mecca of the world: O'ahu's North Shore! How lucky am I?!? :-) Hopefully I won't be disappointed with my surfing weekends in the UK this summer!

My Interests

Basketball, Cricket, Learning to Surf (Waves!), Hiking, Gym, Travel, Reading, Movies, Music.

I'd like to meet:

Anybody from around the world, but if you're a pre-handover Hong Konger, a UK-based Surfer who can give me free lessons, or a Pinoy/Pinay in London that would be willing to help me learn Tagalog, then definitely get in touch! ;-)
