Award-winning vocalist Jacqui Dankworth will appear with her quartet on the opening night with internationally acclaimed musicians Dave O’Higgins, Mark Nightingale, James Taylor Quartet, Claire Martin, Bruce Adams, Henri Bok, the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and Pete Churchill set to perform later in the year. The Club is organized by FP Music, a Spalding-based music agency run by Dave Foster and Neil Pennock, both of whom are jazz musicians working in London and across the UK. ‘We’ve been looking to set up a Jazz Club in the area for several months and at the start of this year we secured a partnership with the South Holland Centre to hold the monthly events. We are excited to be able to bring some outstanding musicians to the area and hope to attract audiences from across the region.’Membership of the Jazz Club is available for an annual fee of £15 which provides a 10% reduction on all Spalding Jazz Club events, priority booking and a monthly newsletter. For further information and enquiries, please e-mail
