About Me

I'm 23. I'm 6' 5" and weigh about 220 lbs. I'm a junior at Boise State University. I'm studying to go to dental school. I grew up in Fruit Heights, Utah and moved here about 5 years ago.

My Interests

I really like music. I like watching movies. I love to play video games. I like to play volleyball. I like football, too but haven't been playing due to a broken arm during a game. Family is definately the most important thing in my life, second only to God. They've always been there for me... width="425" height="350" .. This kid is crazy good at juggling!!!

Music:

I like almost all types of music. My favorite band is 311. Some of the other bands I listen to include: Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Taking Back Sunday, Unwritten Law, Trapt, Staind, Jack Johnson, Zebrahead, Finch, The Postal Service, Deathcab for Cutie, The Format, Ben Lee, Goldfinger, Collective Soul, Foo Fighters, Eve 6, Modest Mouse, Lost Prophets, Relient K, Less Than Jake, Hellogoodbye, Pinback, Senses Fail, Folk Implosion. I like a lot of the old school stuff, too, like Jefferson Starship, Boston, Men Without Hats, Journey, Rod Stewart, Huey Lewis and the News, Aha, Queen. One of my favorite songs is Mr. Wendell by Arrested Development. I don't like a whole lot of rap, but I do like Kanye.

Movies:

My favorite drama is "Shawshank Redemption." My favorite comedy is "High Strung." My favorite action is between "Braveheart" and the "Gladiator." Some other movies I really like include: "Vanilla Sky", "The Usual Suspects", "The Life of David Gale", "A Beautiful Mind." One of my favorite movies last year was "The Village." One of my favorite actors is Kevin Spacey(His brother works at Maverick in Boise). I will admit, despite some ridicule from friends and family, I do like Star Wars.

Television:

I don't watch a whole lot of television, anymore. Some shows that I still like are Survivor, The Inferno, Seinfeld, Curb Your Enthusiasm(Larry David's show). Some of the Family Guy episodes are pretty funny.

Books:

Two of my favorite books are "The Screwtape Letters," by C.S. Lewis and "The Martian Chronicles," by Ray Bradbury. When I was a kid, I used to read "The Great Brain" and "Goosebumps."
