I've been playing the piano accordion for about 10 years now, and for the last year have been making the switch to a French-style chromatic button accordion. My performing interest is mostly jazz (jazz manouche, Richard Galliano, etc.), something that I've also gotten into in the last few years. But in terms of accordion music, I also enjoy the classic French musette waltzes (Privat, Viseur, Murena, etc.). The music samples here demonstrate my interest in the music of Django Reinhardt and the jazz manouche idiom, and soon I will upload some samples utilizing the chromatic button accordion.
