Chris Stone

Having discovered his musical talent early on in life, Chris Stone soon learned to mix vinyl records into DJ sets. Driven by his passion for elecotrnic music and his tireless commitment to rocking crowds from behind the turntables, he became a regular at such legendary clubs as the Fusion in Münster and the Airport in Würzburg. But he wanted more. And so, in 2005, he enrolled at the School for Engineering and Audio-Producing in Bochum where, under the guidance of Dj and Producer ATB, he learned how to select proper production settings. Benefiting from this positive experience, he was able put what he learned to good use. With Sergej K. of Drehwerk he then founded the successful label Punkt vor Strich. But, if you think this is enough work for one man, you are way off the mark. Driven by his boundless energy and passion for music, he also plays a major role in another hugley successful project, online radio "quintessenz". Chris has become an indispensable part of the digital download scene, to say nothing of the world of electronic music. No doubt there will be many more promising projects to look forward to.
