About Me

{} ..
Hi! I'm many things! I'm going to Samford for pharmacology. I'm a fierce lover of life. I'm the spark of individualism, the spirit of competition, the nature of good intent, the restlessness of curious inquiry, and the explosive celebration of life. I love to study, learn, and play music. I like things most everyone likes - music, movies, good conversation. I fancy myself a writer, a critic, and a wee-hours philosopher. I'm the bassist for Wigatron and The Autumn Day Stranglers, but I'm for hire for anyone that needs a bassist on the spot for a gig around town!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone smart and open-minded! Musicians, artists, poets, researchers, scientists, mathematicians, skateboarders, punk rockers, hippies, farmhands, sun-worshipping pagans, karate kids, mythbusters, taxi drivers, million dollar babies...Oh what? Hi.

My Blog

There's no simple way to stop the sadness...

Tonight, I ate my dinner at 9:30. I wandered down the silent hall of the dormant building that reminded me of a ghost town, feeling like a specter myself. My feet felt encumbered with a resignation th...

The Music of My Heart

Often have I desired to, but seldom have I been inspired to write throughout life. When I am, though, it is with a great fervor in which the words tumble over my clumsy fingers excitedly as I explore ...

Matthew Stutts (1980-2007)

Matt was the kind of person who makes the world a better place to be in. He was involved in local youth activities, could beat anyone in a game of darts, surprise everyone at Jeopardy, and would still...

Smokin' Aces Review (2.14.07)

Smokin' Aces was worth seeing in a theatre if you're going to see it. It's loud, it's got lots of action, and it's got some great lighting and cinematography. The way I received the trail...
