the hollywood castle is avaible for special events, films & stills - both short & long term rentals (i.e., 1 - 12 + months). our property is the site at which the cult film "spinal tap" was filmed. thus, we turn it up to "11".
our home is an absolutely singular 10,000 sq. ft. architectural wonder situated on a one acre lot boasting views of the iconic hollywood sign (to the north) & the panoramic spread of los angeles to the ocean (to the south).
of course, no proper castle would be complete without luxurious details: a moat & draw bridge; jacuzzi grotto; koi & lily ponds; ambling streams; waterfalls; wrought iron gazebo; fire lit turrets; & many other amenities.
the house includes: a ballroom / disco with wet bar & fireplace; seven distinctly decorated bedrooms; 6 bathrooms; & a living room with a colossal recessed fireplace.
for the disbelievers: this house is by no means a facade. the decor & architecture is medieval throughout. relics, suits of armor, swords, art & jestled hawks are to be found at every turn.
