RESOLUTION/GOAL for 2007: Make it better than 2006- then again, 2006 sucked so bad that it shouldn't take alot for me to top it...(laughing to self)
On a more serious note- get myself back into the groove of things with going back to school, making new friends- basically, just making my new life in So. Cal work for me and the people in my life and those that I meet along the way.
I have a new passion- snowboarding- thanks to my coach, amongst other things, Ron. I haven't mastered it but i gaurantee that I will be there, one day, on the mountains, just gliding away! *lol* For now, Mammoth and Big Bear, the more local mountains, will increase my skills until I can get over to Tahoe once again!But overall... I'm excited for 2007- I'm moving to Buena Park before January is over.. I've met such amazing people in the past 4 months... I have a job with a 7a-4p schedule... my family is healthy and doing very well... I'm headed back into school... bills are getting paid... I get out more than I'd like to =P... and I can honestly say that I'm happy- it took me some time but I'm finally where I need to be- and to all of you who gave up on me- BOO YOU!!! Shame on you so-called friends =/... but on the real, through all the ups and downs, I consider myself very blessed. And to all of you who stuck around, thank you so much for your undying love and support... you are all truly amazing people to put up with my craziness, mi vida loca life. lol. **MUAH***

After awhile you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul and you learn that love doesn't mean possession and company doesn't mean security.
And you begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts and presents aren't promises and you begin to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes ahead with the grace of an adult not the grief of a child. And you learn to build your roads today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans and futures have ways of falling down in mid-flight.
After awhile you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much so you plant your own garden and decorate your own soul instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers. And you learn that you really can endure that you really are strong and you really do have worth... and you learn...
