I am not a typical 50 year old mother of two. I am a certified firefighter/emt, (volunteer fire department, parttime emt) I homestead 5 acers with cows, chickens, rabbits, occassional pigs with dogs and cats. I have been and still am married to the man of dreams for 26 years. Two grown boys, 22 and 24 which I am very proud of, One is a firefighter, the other is a officer and helicoptor pilot in the US Army.

I am mainly here to look at the stuff that my boys and their friends post on their spaces. But if there are any other homesteaders out there I wouldn't mind meeting them.
